Read it end to end and the shape is consistent. SignNow has the longer feature list, and the rows above say so plainly — there are capabilities there that PearSign does not have at all. What the table also shows is what each product charges to do the work most teams actually do: send documents, collect signatures, and let a few colleagues do the same. On that work PearSign is a flat $39 a month for fifteen people with a thousand documents included, and every competitor here multiplies by headcount before you send anything. That is the trade: a shorter feature list, at a fraction of the price, with no meter on what you send.

Is SignNow cheaper than PearSign?
Per seat, yes — $8 a user a month on annual billing is less than PearSign's $39 flat. Per DOCUMENT at any real volume, no. SignNow's own plans page limits every seat plan to 100 envelopes per user per year, so five users share 500 a year. A team sending 300 a month exhausts that in about seven weeks and then needs Site License at $1.50 per invite, which is $450 a month at that volume against PearSign Professional's $39 for 1,000 a month. What is the 100-envelope limit exactly?
SignNow's plans page states that users are limited to 100 envelopes or invites per user per year, and the same figure applies on Business, Business Premium and Enterprise. It is a per-user annual allowance rather than a monthly one, so it does not reset each month. Site License removes the seat cap and prices per signature invite instead.
Does SignNow have a free plan?
The plans page offers a free 7-day trial with no credit card required; no permanent free plan is listed. PearSign's free plan is 10 envelopes a month with no expiry and no card, and documents signed on it carry the same AATL-backed certificate and audit trail as documents on a paid plan.
