Product · client fill-out

Forms your clients actually finish.

The wizard and the checklist exist for one reason: the hardest part of getting a document signed is getting it filled out. This is how we fixed that.

Why we built it

The document was the obstacle.

Watch anyone try to complete a long application and the problem is obvious; it isn’t willingness, it’s format. So instead of making the client wrestle the document, PearSign reshapes the document around the client.

PDFs die on phones

A 17-field application sent as an email attachment gets opened on a phone, pinched, squinted at, and closed. The document itself is the drop-off point.

Half-finished paperwork bounces

A missing EIN digit or an empty required field means another email, another wait, another chance for the deal to go cold. The back-and-forth is where days disappear.

Filling and signing live in different tools

Clients fill out a form in one place, then get asked to sign somewhere else. Every hand-off between tools is another place to lose them.

How it works

From sent to signed, in three moves.

01

You send a link

Pick the document and how it should feel: a guided wizard for long applications, a smart checklist when the client should see the whole job at once. The link is the form: no account, no download.

02

They finish it in one sitting

The wizard walks them through a few focused questions at a time; the checklist turns the document into short tasks with pop-up forms. Inline validation catches mistakes while they type, not two days later.

03

It ends in a signature

The last step is a legally binding e-signature with consent captured, so filling and signing are one motion. The finished document lands back in PearSign, sealed and audit-trailed.

What it accomplishes

Paperwork that comes back done.

Complete, correct submissions

Required fields, input masks, and format checks mean the application arrives finished the first time.

One sitting instead of a week

No printing, no attachment ping-pong; the whole thing happens in the time it takes to read it.

Signed, sealed, defensible

Every submission ends with an e-signature, a tamper-evident seal, and a full audit trail.

The same flow everywhere

One build runs as a responsive web form and a native mobile app experience.

Try it

Feel the difference yourself.

Here’s a real credit application running as both flows. Don’t study the fields, notice how little each screen asks of you.
