Verify a signed document
Check a PearSign record by ID — and attach the signed PDF to confirm the file itself has not been altered. No account needed.
The signature ID is printed under each signature on a signed PearSign document.
What each check proves
- ID lookup
- Confirms a PearSign record exists for that signature, and shows who signed it and when. It does not inspect the file you were sent.
- PDF upload
- Checks the document itself — the signature is recomputed against the file's bytes, so any change made after signing shows up as a mismatch. Enter the ID as well, so PearSign knows which record to check the file against.
