Delete your PearSign account

This requests deletion of your sign-in identity, profile and associated personal data across your PearSign workspaces. It does not authorize deletion of another member’s account or an entire shared organization.

PearSign support reviews requests and completes eligible deletion within 30 days, then emails you when finished. Your account stays available until processing; check the request status for review updates. A request does not automatically cancel a subscription or settle outstanding charges.

Shared signed documents and copies held by other parties need separate consideration. The current organization-deletion process retains immutable audit history, promotional send records, hashed marketing opt-outs, hashed lifecycle cohorts, pseudonymous delivery records and aggregate reporting counts. Request review must determine which records can be erased and explain any lawful retention and its period; organization deletion alone is not proof of complete erasure.

Review the data retention policy and the web account-deletion resource. Do not include passwords or identity documents in your request.
